Pilzone-Almana-Marone traverse, Iseo Lake

Service Description

A challenging hike that offers stunning views and exciting, slightly more technical sections. We'll hike the entire ridge from Pilzone to Punta dell'Orto, then extend to Monte Rodondone and Punta Almana. After descending to the Forcella di Sale, we'll climb up along trail tracks to Monte Caprello and follow the technical and sometimes exposed ridge, descending into the Valle dell'Opol and reaching the Marone railway station to catch the train back to the starting point. Difficulty: EE Elevation gain: approximately 1800m+ Duration: All day Packed lunch Max. 8 participants The fee includes: VAT, accompaniment by a UIMLA International Mountain Leader Professional Guide, excursion planning and management, information on proper progression on the various types of terrain encountered, information on the flora, fauna, and geology of the surrounding area, insurance in case of rescue, satellite messaging in case of emergency. The fee does not include: packed lunch or lunch at a refuge (in the latter case, the guide's lunch is split among the participants), costs for any shared transportation, and anything not included in the "the fee includes" section.
