About the event
A fantastic yoga experience in nature, in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, among wonderful landscapes and wild places.
Day 1: in the afternoon climb to the refuge. Practice yoga around the refuge. Dinner. Meditation practice under the stars.
Day 2: Practice yoga upon awakening, breakfast at the refuge, climb to Monte Pizzocolo (from the summit the panorama of the lower Lake Garda is incomparable!). Lunch around the summit. Descent to Gardone in the afternoon.
Yoga practices will also be held in case of bad weather: we will have a former stable, renovated by Ersaf, near the refuge!

Cost €150
The fee includes: accompaniment with a Professional Guide, planning and management of the excursion, yoga and meditation sessions, half board in a refuge, customer accident insurance, insurance in the event of recovery, satellite messaging in the event of an emergency. The fee does not include: packed lunch, costs for any shared transport, anything not included in the item "the fee includes".
Meeting point: 1.00 pm in Pedrengo, 2.30 pm in Gardone Riviera (Loc. Colomber)
The customer must present himself at the meeting point or at the excursion starting point at the time indicated in the communication that will follow after registration.
At the end of the registration, the customer will be added to a temporary whatsapp group which will be used for service communications, updates and useful information for the excursion.
Mandatory material
Boots or boots, no sneakers;
Hiking backpack with a minimum capacity of 30 liters with wide shoulder straps, ergonomic backrest and waist belt for weight distribution;
Clothing in relation to the season and the weather, in any case it is always advisable to dress in layers and with long trousers;
Rain jacket;
Mat or blanket for yoga practices;
Change of clothes;
Sheet bag;
Compulsory one-litre water reserve, recommended to have mineral salts and/or supplements;
Food to your taste and liking.
