Val da Camp snowshoe tour (CH)

Three days of snowshoeing in the breathtaking Val da Camp, hosted by the beautiful Rifugio Saoseo, located near the stunning natural lake of the same name, nestled in an enchanting forest of massive Swiss pines.

Stunning snow-covered panoramas, frozen lakes, and peaks over 3,000 meters high will accompany us on our excursions into the wild nature of the Swiss Alps.

The three days will include several training sessions on snowy risk awareness and demonstrations on the use of emergency equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, and probe).

Program

Day 1

Arrive by car in Sfazù (Poschiavo) and snowshoe ascent to the Rifugio Saoseo of the Swiss Alpine Club, passing by Lake Saoseo. Dinner and overnight stay at the refuge.
